We know that the key to excellent vanilla flavor is high quality vanilla beans. At Lochhead Manufacturing we only source premium quality sun cured beans for our vanillas. Our pure vanilla extracts are then created using a cold extraction method. Using cold extraction preserves each individual flavor component of the vanilla bean which would otherwise be damaged by normal extraction using high heat and pressure. By fortifying our pure vanilla extracts with premium natural and artificial flavors, we guarantee that our Natural and Artificial Vanilla blends are the best on the market.
